The security of your images and information is our top priority at 123cheese. Extraordinary steps were taken in the development of our business that are outside the range of standard on-line photographers. Please see below for the security enhanced features of our business:

1. We OWN our server that stores images. We do not rent storage space on server farms at third party vendors where we cannot specifically control access to our digital images. Also, we PHYSICALLY are in possession of our servers. No outsiders have physical access to our servers that may compromise our data. This is not the case with the vast majority of on-line photographers. Most on-line photographers store their images at third party vendors for order fulfillment.

2. All of our images are password protected for specific access groups unless they are public events or the customer specifically requests no password. This unfortunately causes problems with some customers trying to get authorized access because they forgot the password or other issues but we would rather error on the side of caution.

3. We routinely monitor access to our server and our customer orders to make sure no unauthorized activity is present. Although this is a labor intensive activity, we feel it is essential to our business model.

4. Our photography personnel are California Department of Justice (DOJ) criminal background check cleared.

5. We do not share any customer information in any shape or form to outside parties that are not involved in order fulfillment or customer service.
