A: You should have received a password card or an email from the photographer or the partner business that details the folder name and password. Find the folder or event name where the photos were taken by clicking an item in the 'Recent Events' list on the home page of www.123cheese.com or click a category that corresponds to your event and locate the proper folder. Then click the folder link and use your password.

Q: How can I look when I do not have a password card or information?
A: If you know a photo was taken that you are interested in but you do not have a password card or information, please click here to contact us with the event time, date and any other specific details of the event.

Q: Can I buy the picture(s) that I like?
A: Yes, find your picture sample and hit ‘Buy’

Q: Will this work at home as well?
A: Yes, just goto www.123cheese.com.

Q: I lost my password card. What should I do?
A: If you know your class time/day/teacher name, please see a DanceAttack representative or email us using the ‘contact us’ link at www.123cheese.com. We will verify your identity and reissue the password.

Q: How long will the pictures be on the website?
A: Generally they will be on our secure server for about 6 months. After that, they will be archived. Archived pictures can still be purchased but the price will be a bit higher for the recovery fee.

Q: Are my pictures safe from unauthorized viewing?
A: Yes. First, every class has a different password so only persons from a particular class can see that class. We own our server and we have physical possession of our hardware. No unauthorized public access is possible. Our photographers are California Department of Justice background check cleared. (please ask a DanceAttack! representative to review documents) We also routinely monitor access and order activity for security issues.

Q: Does 123cheese do other kinds of photography?
A: Yes, we do portraits, events, glamour and other types of photography with same on-line business model. As a DanceAttack! customer most sitting fees are waived, even for on-location shoots.
